Lightwater Nursery School is owned and managed by Mrs Claire Freeth. Claire Freeth has a first class BA(Hons) EYPS and trained as a Montessori Teacher after her first three children had reached school age. Having had several years experience, she took over Lightwater Nursery School in 2015.  Claire also lectures and assesses BTEC Diploma students. 

Claire is assisted by capable staff members, all dedicated to encouraging each child to reach its full potential in a caring environment. 

Leanne is manager at the Lightwater nursery.  She has been part of our team  since 2018.  Leanne says 'I really enjoy working with such a dedicated team who strive to proved the best for all our children.  I have a passional for language and literacy development and enjoy helping children develop a love of stories through imaginative play and reading.  It is exciting watching children develop to their full potential.'  Leanne has a level 3 in childcare and has been working with children for 7 years.

Laura joined the team in 2017. She has a BA in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status.  She was Assistant Head Teacher of a large primary school in her previous role and has always specialised in Early Years Education and Special Educational Needs.  Laura has previously taught from Nursery - Year 6.

Laura is working in both nurseries supporting staff to ensure teaching is of the highest standard.

Her son attends the Lightwater setting two days a week.

Trupti is manager at the Staines nursery.  She has been with us since February 2016 but has been involved with the nursery for much longer.  Trupti says 'I am extremely enthusiastic and loves working with young children following the Montessori principles of teaching.  Our focus is always to ensure the children feel safe, secure and happy so they are then ready to learn.'  All 3 of Trupti's children have attended the nursery.

Trupti is Level 3 qualified.
